Madagascar Deep Sea Diving

21st April to 28th April 2024

Tour Itinerary

An Awesome 8-Day Diving Tour in Madagascar.

You will get to experience Madagascar’s stunning beauty with daily diving excursions. We depart from OR Tambo Int. to Nosy Be Island. Here you will get to enjoy the sun, beach, palm trees, and sea while staying in a charming bungalow complex surrounded by lush greenery. The elevated bungalows offer incredible views over the bay to Nosy Be, adding to the overall experience. The rustic lodge is situated in an idyllic setting, with a 4.7 rating on Booking.com and 225 reviews. If you’re lucky, you may spot sea turtles swimming right in front of the lodge.

Nosy Be’s world-class reefs are a must-visit destination for diving enthusiasts. From pinnacles and plateaux of coral gardens to muck diving and sponge gardens, the topography is diverse and exciting. With tides influencing the experience, there’s a range of drift dives and big schools of fish to enjoy, as well as quieter dives to spot small, unusual creatures.

The dive center we visit is a NAUI Dream Destination and SSI partner, providing the highest level of guiding and training. Come and experience the beauty of their underwater world!

The lodge is located in front of the Ambohibe Turtle Reserve, so you’re right next to the action. Each guest gets a complimentary package to use the lodge’s snorkelling equipment, so you can swim out to see the green turtles in their natural habitat.
A truly special experience. You can also see tropical fish and sea creatures on our house reef, a short swim from our beach.

Never tried scuba diving but want to have a go?
Our experienced, patient instructors will ensure you have a fun experience, seeing a fantastic range of sea creatures up close and feeling truly weightless.

Here are some features of the diving:

  • at full and new moon: tides vary by as much as 4.5 meters, which means strong currents and lots of fish activity. At quarter moon: tides vary by just half a meter, meaning we have no currents and great opportunities to spot small creatures and special finds.
